Metal Rhino Dispatch & Delivery
We aim to dispatch in stock items within 3 working days. Please note that many of our products are made to order and so may take 1-4 weeks (depending on the product) before we hand them to our delivery partners. If a product does have a lead time it will be clearly displayed on the product description section.
Tracking information is available for all orders unless otherwise stated. Your Metal Rhino account and linked email address will be used to manage this.
Orders that require delivery via a wooden pallet will be discussed via email or phone to ensure this is acceptable, as pallets can only be delivered as close to the point of delivery that a lorry can safely reach.
